About Chantal Delli Paoli
I remember using self-hypnosis techniques for self-confidence at an early stage in my life in order to overcome my fears as a growing teenager. Once, the step-mother of two, now the mother of one, I have learned from experience and applied the precious teachings of mindfulness to the practicalities of life.
I studied psychology at the French University in Aix-en-Provence, and later received a BA Hons in Fine Art (Sculpture) from Central-St Martin’s School of Art, London.
Soon after graduation, I trained in contact and absent healing as a colour energy therapist with the White Eagle Lodge in London, practicing various styles of meditation simultaneously.
From 1999, I have learned and mostly practiced Mindfulness Meditation under the guidance of genuine Tibetan Buddhist Masters.
A graduate from the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis (ICH) in London, I encourage my patients or class participants to improve their life whilst developing stronger health, managing stress, transforming habitual patterns of behaviour and increasing general wellbeing.
